The Police of Catalonia, in Spain, were intensely looking for a 44-year-old Argentinian accused of being the author of his young son in a hotel in the city of Barcelona, ​​apparently to get revenge on his mother, from whom he had separated.

The crime of the two-year-old took place on August 24 and since then the man, a nationalized Spanish Argentinian named Martin Ezequiel Álvarez Giaccio, has become one of the most wanted people in Spain.

According to information published by the newspaper The countryIt all happened on the night of that day when Álvarez Giaccio appeared at the hotel where the boy was living with his mother, from whom he had recently separated.

The man said he wanted to take the boy for a walk and took him to another hotel.

From there, he sends a message to his ex-wife in which he announces that “he will regret” the separation and a suggestive and macabre message: “I leave you at the hotel what you deserve.”

The woman notified the police, so several officers went to the hotel and in a room on the seventh floor, they found the boy who died, apparently due to suffocation, in the bathroom.

In security cameras, Álvarez Giaccio can be seen in sports gear, first jumping over the fence of a swimming pool and then onto the street, as he left the premises.

According to the local press, the man has since disappeared and has not maintained contact with his relatives, several of whom also live in Spain.
