They arrested the alleged killer of a woman whose head appeared on a beach in Portugal

The Portuguese Judicial Police (PJ) thinks they have solved the mysterious badbadination of a Thai woman whose the head was found in a beach from the city of Matosinhos (northern Portugal) there is almost a month and stopped a woman.
