A Rosario prosecutor today asked for 15 years in prison for a young man accused of stabbing his cousin after a fight because he did not want to lend him money to buy alcoholic beverages, judicial sources reported.
The request was made by the prosecutor Florentino Malaponte to the tribunal composed of judges Mónica Lamperti, María Trinidad Chiabrera and Patricia Bilotta in the debate that followed Matías "Chino" Troncoso (29 years) for crime of simple homicide.
Malaponte accused the young man of stabbing his cousin, Edgardo "Pink Floyd" Falcon (19), on the morning of June 10, 2017, around 6:30, sources said.

According to the investigators, the accused and the victim were cousins and lived in a house located in the Zuviría region and in Brazil, where the crime was committed.
In the building that separates the two houses, a drug sales bunker knowing the entire neighborhood worked until 2016, spokesmen said.
According to the investigation, on the morning of the Falcon crime, he went to work on a construction site where he was working as a mason.
At the corner of Zuviría and Brazil, in the neighborhood of Rosario in Belgrano, he met his cousin, the "Chino" Troncoso, who, according to neighbors, had used drugs.
Witnesses told investigators that Troncoso had asked for money to compare alcoholic beverages to his cousin and that he "was upset".
The request resulted in a fight between family members and, according to the prosecutor, the major who had stabbed Falcon in the chest, later deceased in the emergency hospital "Clemente Alvarez" as a result of the injury.
Meanwhile, the abuser was arrested shortly after by the police at his home.
