They burned three trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Venezuela – 23/02/2019

Three trucks trying to cross Francisco de Paula Santander bridge with humanitarian aid for Venezuela they were burned this Saturday, although a good part of the cargo can be removed on time and brought back to Colombian territory.

As reported by the NGO World Central Kitchen, the flames first reached the truck in front of the caravan, and minutes later, the second exploded and the fire finally reached the third.

In any case, those who accompanied the visit were able to remove much of the load from the second truck and bring it back to the other side of the Colombian ground deck.

A few minutes later, Juan Guaidó said that "the usurper regime uses the most heinous acts and tries to burn the truck with the humanitarian aid found in Ureña".

"Our brave volunteers are creating a chain of food and medicine backup, and the humanitarian avalanche is unstoppable," he said on his Twitter account.
