Panamanian prison authorities intercepted a cat on April 16 as he tried to smuggle drugs attached to his body inside prison in Nueva Esperanza, Colón province, local press reports.

The white feline wore a tissue attached to your body with six packages containing plant material and white powder. The cat is presumed to be carrying cocaine, “crack” and marijuana. The Panamanian authorities have opened investigations into the use of animals for transfer of illicit substances in prisons. The feline was donated to a foundation.
