Compared to the total sequencing carried out to date, out of 545 samples analyzed, that of the United Kingdom was identified in 3 cases, while in 5.1% the mutation of Ro de Janeiro (seven of these cases have already been confirmed by whole genome sequencing) and in two other cases that of Manos.
Since last December, at least four viral variants of the SARS-CoV-2 has caught the attention of the scientific community and governments around the world.
