A 26-year-old man and two women, 26 and 36, were arrested after three raids for drug trafficking in the city and in one of the houses seized, police found nearly 5 kilograms of cocaine, according to initial estimates .

The discovery took place as part of a series of raids ordered by the narcotics prosecution, in charge of prosecutors Leandro Favaro and Daniela Ledesma. What is unique about this case is that one of the women continued in the drug business despite being placed under house arrest for a similar cause.

The staff of the delegation for the control of illicit drugs of the police of Buenos Aires, led by the inspector-commissioner Daniel Aste, participated in the operation which took place in a house in Mateotti in 800, and in two others in Peralta Ramos at 4200 and in Cuba at 3000, the latter in the district of Las Canteras.

During the past three months, the prosecution has investigated a complaint in which it was alerted to the sale of drugs in several houses in the southwest of the city. This early data indicated that a 26-year-old was responsible for marketing cocaine, and over the days incriminating evidence was added. This is how the Court of Guarantees No.5 authorized the raids on the three houses and the result was as expected. In addition to the five large, compact pieces of cocaine hydrochloride, the police found precision scales, materials for cutting and fractioning the substance such as scissors, knives, nylon scraps, cash products from the marketer.

Of the three detainees, the youngest woman had a criminal record for violating Drug Law 23737 and was currently under house arrest.
