The one who reported the incident was a Russian journalist, Roman Pesterev. The journalist showed the world the unusual picture of a Siberian road covered with gold bullion, frozen by the low temperatures of the region.
According to what the airline Nimbus has announced, when the plane took off, an unusual airflow tore a piece of the aircraft 's hatch, which caused gold and the diamonds fell 25 kilometers from the airport. The incident occurred in the city of Yakutsk, from where the plane took off for Krasnoyarsk.
During a joint operation, the authorities managed to recover 172 gold bullion and technical engineers who prepared the aircraft for takeoff were arrested.
