Responsible for a nature reserve in South Florida has announced the capture of the largest python ever found in the park.
Park staff found the female python, over 5 meters and 63 kilograms (Friday) in the Big Cypress National Reserve.
The python had 73 eggs in development.
Park staff used male pythons equipped with radio transmitters to locate breeding females as part of operations to eliminate this invasive species.
One of the men used in the project was close to the fat woman, said the park on her Facebook page.
