They found a half-naked Argentinean man with mutilated genitals in the Andes Cordillera

On Tuesday, around 7 am, the Chilean police met a half-naked 52-year-old Argentinean citizen and severed bads. I was walking in the Puesco area, close to a border crossing, with symptoms of hypothermia. In principle, it was stabilized in a zone hospital and then transferred to the Temuco Regional Hospital. The case presents for the moment more doubts than certainties.

The man, who was found about 700 kilometers south of Santiago, was not carrying documents and was not wearing clothes at the waist.

The investigation will attempt to establish whether it was attacked by a person or an animal and whether it was attempting to illegally cross the border with Chile. Nor could the authorities rule out that the injuries were self-inflicted.

What we know so far is that it recovers favorably.
