Uruguayan justice investigates whether a man who committed suicide in January 2015 is the one who killed Lola Chomnalez, the Argentine teenager murdered in December 2014 in Barra de Valizas, case in which a suspect is already imprisoned "Coauthor" of homicide, informed sources having access to the file.

Lola (14 years old) went to Barra de Valizas on Saturday 27 December 2014 and stayed with her godmother, Claudia Fernándezwho was with her husband, Hernán Tuzinkevcihand his son.

The next day, the teenager disappeared when she went for a walk on the beach. Two days later, she was found murdered about four kilometers from the house, in a dune area.

The autopsy revealed that Lola had died as a result of suffocation asphyxia and that she had had several cuts to the knife in different parts of her body.

According to the judge's decision Ortega, the teenager tried to escape from her murderers, was hit, wounded with a stab and beaten to the head to finally die choked when, before her probable request for help, she pressed her face to the sand.

For its part, "The Cachila" He was arrested early in the investigation, but later released, his DNA containing the genetic material found in his victim's backpack having been negative.

However, in his statement to the court, the now admitted accused confessed to having crossed the path of the victim on the beach on December 28, 2014 and offered him "a little stamp"but then she felt "Dizzy" and that when he helped her, he discovered that "I did not have a pulse"he was scared and left.

Among the tests evaluated were the results of expertises in psychology, psychiatry and semiology revealing that the accused had a personality with a tendency "to mythomania", a "Irritate easily and lose control of your impulses"and a pattern of "contempt and violation of the rights of others."
