This piece is based on three testimonies that appear in the case and which indicated a Daniel, aka "El Tereso", as a possible material perpetrator of the crime.

Juan Willman, one of the lawyers of the Chomnalez family, explained that this was one of the lines of inquiry gathered in the report which, at the beginning of May, had been presented to the prosecutor of Rocha in charge of the folder, Jorge Vaz.

On this occasion, the magistrate herself stated that "the author is the one who performs the action of killing" and that in the case of the treatment "there is no evidence that this person killed Lola with his own hands, what we have, it is the prime conviction that he participated in the crime".

With regard to the track of "El Tereso", says Willman's lawyer "we do not exclude anything" although he noticed that the position on his part is to point "towards the environment of the transformed person" to try to identify the perpetrator of the crime since the detainee "He did not act alone".

He did not exclude the possibility of exhuming a man's body. "El Tereso" make a comparison of his DNA with the genetic material found in Lola's backpack, although he specified that it was not a priority at this stage of the process, but that it would continue to advance on the path of "The Cachila".

According to the report submitted at the time to Prosecutor Vaz, an anonymous source provided the data of "El Tereso" This statement was later corroborated by two other witnesses, a man 's sister and the young woman' s employer.

"There is no evidence that this person killed Lola with his own hands, what we have is the belief that he participated in the crime."

The latter stated that the suspect's sister, from the Uruguayan department of Maldonado, had told him that he had killed Lola and then committed suicide, while the girl had said that her brother was "very aggressive"especially towards women and drug and alcohol addicts.

In turn, the employer reported that the day the suspect woke up, in January 2015 he had heard a comment saying "the secret of the grave of what he did to Lola. "

Lola (14 years old) went to Barra de Valizas on Saturday 27 December 2014 and stayed with her godmother, Claudia Fernándezwho was with her husband, Hernán Tuzinkevcihand his son.

For the prosecutor Vaz, "The Cachila" he was present "before, during and after" of the homicide, whose motive was probably "badual"
