They kill a man in an assault in the district of Patagonia

A man died this afternoon after being shot three times in an assault on his home in the Patagonia neighborhood, located in Melipal and Millamapu.

There are reports that criminals entered the house and, in circumstances which are being clarified, shot the owner of the house, who was with his wife.

After a call to 107, the personnel of the Prehospital Emergency System (SIEmPre) arrived on the scene and continued the CPR maneuvers initiated by the police.

However, it was not possible to restore the condition of the patient who lost his life a few minutes later.

In addition, it turned out that one of the attackers was injured and is being treated at the hospital in Penna, after the victim resisted with gunfire.

According to initial information, three criminals approached the man, one of whom is in custody at the health center.

The identities have not yet been revealed and an attempt is underway to clarify how many thieves participated in the event.
