They presented the clinical history of Florencia Kirchner

The defense lawyers of Florencia Kirchner presented the medical history and requested that the daughter of the ex-president be allowed to stay in Cuba until his release.

The lawyer Carlos Beraldi appeared today in the courts of the retirement, before the judges who execute the Los Sauces case, where the filmmaker is the subject of an investigation.

The deadline for the return of Florence from the Caribbean Island expired Friday and is expected to be presented by tomorrow in court, in addition to the presentation of the medical history.

According to information provided by the NA agency, Beraldi presented, along with the medical history, the opinion of three medical specialists who recommended the daughter of Nestor and Cristina Kirchner to stay in Cuba.

Judges Daniel Obligado, Adriana Palliotti and José Martínez Sobrino must now decide whether to accept the request for extension of the enlargement of the island until their release, or if they force them to return to a certain time limit.
