For this, a series of actions to be taken into account were mentioned: take into account behavioral and dietary risk factors; avoid the consumption of tobacco and alcoholic beverages, as well as exposure to the sun without adequate protection; do not eat foods in poor condition or, in this case, those that could compromise the body; and do regular physical activity to avoid overweight and obesity.

In terms of statistics, the ministry said that 30% of cancer deaths result from frequent consumption of snuff and alcohol, as well as overweight, obesity, lack of alcohol, and high blood pressure. physical activity and even the lack of fruits and vegetables in diets. In addition, they argued that exposure to ultraviolet light was another of the most common risk factors.
