The abhorrent episode shaking Indian public opinion features a three-year-old girl and her mother sleeping at the Jamshedpur city railroad station in Jharkhand, India.

The child was kidnapped by a subject and his accomplice, who were "Escrachados" for security cameras from the spot. Upon awakening, the desperate woman went to the police to find her whereabouts.
