They rejected as inadmissible a habeas corpus claiming the freedom of the son of Federica Pais

Chamber II of the Appeals Chamber and Guarantees of San Isidro rejected a
habeas corpus presented in the last few hours to ask for freedom of
Dante Casermeiro, one of the sons of Federica Pais, accused of stealing robberies known as motojetro.

The spokespersons consulted explained that the
habeas corpus he had been introduced by Damian Casermeiro, the father of the accused.

"The judges rejected the presentation as inadmissible," the judicial sources consulted said.

Dante Casermeiro, 19, has been arrested since the 17th of this month, after committing a motorcycle attack in Olivos. He was imprisoned with his alleged accomplice,
Octavio Laje, 20, son of a former banker and former head of the Argentine Embbady in the United States under the direction of Martín Lousteau.

After being arrested, a merchant
Munro recognized Casermeiro and Laje as criminals who stole at least 15 knives from his shop selling camping gear.
