The complaint had requested a verbal appeal to the house arrest, which was decided last Monday by the guarantee court of the southern municipality, and the allegations were presented on Wednesday in the first room of the appeal court of Valdivia.

By two votes to one, it is now decided that the carabinero detained at the Los Jazmines de Valdivia office, headquarters of the force, go free although with certain conditions.
