Patricia, David and their two children moved into the apartment, located in the Semcoda social park, in Replonges, last September. Patricia assured that it was his daughter who warned that strange things were happening shortly after they moved in, and later the whole family became convinced that there was paranormal activity.

The couple summoned a “magnetizer”, a psychic who uses magnetic energy to detect spirits and after conducting an exhaustive study of the property found that she was haunted, she claimed, by the “trapped” mind of a 19th century woman I wanted them to leave immediately.

The apartment was built in 2016 on land that previously housed a hangar. After a series of unexplained incidents, the family decided to pitch the tent on the balcony to “to be able to sleep peacefully”, and they lived there for over a month.
