A group of workers was walking down a street in the city of Suwałki, Poland, when a strange noise caught their attention. Arriving at the place, they encountered an unthinkable scene that would become viral.

It turns out that the dog had remained trapped in a puddle of tar, viscous and dark liquid substance obtained by the distillation of certain materials such as petroleum, certain softwoods and other vegetable and mineral matter. This has surprised thousands of people on Facebook.

Their concern grew when they realized that they were unable to release the puppy, so they decided to contact the Niczyje Animal Foundation, who quickly arrived at the site.

"When I arrived and saw the dog lying on the tar, tears came to my eyes ", The Dodo Joanna Godlewska, a lifeguard of the organization.

It was learned that the seemingly homeless dog was looking for heat when he came across illegally dumped tar residues. Unfortunately, I had no idea that lying would be blocked.

It is not known how long the dog was in the place, but everyone knew they had to act quickly if they wanted the dog to survive.

"He understood we were saving him," said Godlewska when asked what the animal's attitude was.

Rescuers cut parts of the dog's skin and used cooking oil to loosen the closest parts of the slimy substance.

After several minutes of tension, they finally released him. Subsequently, the dog was taken to a clinic where he started treatment. treat your exhaustion and have as much tar as possible removed from your body.

Since then, the dog has undergone several cleansing sessions and has regained its peace of mind.

Now, he receives the warmth he sought and stays with Godlewska, who said he was more than surprised by the dog's willingness to survive despite the difficult situation he had been in.
