They put their baby's body in a suitcase when they found him dead after gaining height.
The parents of a six-month-old baby, missing on January 25, were charged with the death of their son.
According to statements by the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Adam Manson, 34, and Kiana Williams, 32, were charged with "child abuse resulting in death" of their son.
According to the statement, "the defendants were staying in a South Los Angeles hotel room with their son, Jacsun M. They apparently took drugs and later found out that their son was dead."
Parents would have put the baby's body in a suitcase and then thrown it in the trash.
The body has not been found yet
If the parents are found guilty, the defendants risk a maximum sentence of 10 years imprisonment.
