They were offered a paradise tour in Thailand, but were left stranded on an island infested with snakes

It was the perfect vacation. A large group of young people aged 18 to 20 traveled from England to Thailand for an unforgettable summer. But British tourists were deceived by local vendors, who offered them a visit that seemed perfect but ended badly: they failed on an island infested with snakes. A nightmare that they told on social networks and that quickly became viral.

Emily Ince, 19, explained via her Twitter account that her trip to Southeast Asia had almost become a tragedy. As rebuilt New York Post, the young woman had embarked on her vacation with 17 friends.

One day, they were all on the beach, they were approached Three men offering snorkeling trips in the coastal town of Huan Hin, south of Bangkok.

The Thai sellers insisted a lot and made a good price for everyone. In total, each tourist paid $ 26. Until then no one suspected that they had been deceived.

"We were very excited until we got closer to the island and They stopped the boat 10 meters from the coast. The men made us swim from there, "explained Emily.

But that would not be all. Once they all threw themselves into the water, the organizers of the trip threw them only three glbades dive and they were warned: "Stay away from snakes."

In the absence of other options, tourists had to swim up to the island, avoiding being stung by jellyfish on the way. And when they reached the coast, they realized the danger they were facing. "We were terrified. We did not know if they were going to traffic us or if the snakes that were there were toxic"says the English student.

After three hours spent on this beach, a local fisherman helped them and they managed to be saved by the same crooks. "It cost us a lot and we had to be persuasive, but the three men came to pick us up and we went back in the same boat, and although the return was calm, we were all angry with them." he added.

Even though the incident occurred in June of last year, the story became viral this week. Emily herself advised her Twitter followers not to be so naïve and to make sure the tours are really safe.
