On social media, Suárez confirmed that she was happy with this first judicial resolution because she knows, and as her lawyers have argued, this is just the start of a series of long lawsuits against YosStop and his attackers.

However, cruel comments emerged about the controversy with the YouTuber. Some question Ainara about the veracity of what she suffered, others say he wants his “five minutes of fame.”

At stories from Instagram, Suárez raised his voice and explained that he had no control over the matter, nor over how the Mexico City Attorney’s Office, which issued an arrest warrant for Hoffman.

“Why do people think I’m in control when people are arrested? Or who are they arresting? Brother, if it was up to me, my rapists would be in jail for years, ”Ainara said after cruel comments on digital platforms.

He clarified that at no time did he have control of the house, nor does he know what the authorities’ next step will be. “I don’t know, I don’t understand, I don’t control it. If you want to complain, do it with the prosecutor’s office, not with me, ”he said.

Last Wednesday, March 3 civil association FemXFem announced that Yoseline Hoffman was legally accused of committing crimes of child pornography and rape assimilated to Ainara.

“We are bringing a factual complaint to the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Sexual Crimes of the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico City for the crimes of equal rape and Child pornography, provided for in Articles 175 and 187 of the Penal Code applicable in this City (sic) ”, mentioned the complaint shared by FemXFem.

The lawyers called on the authorities to approach the issue from a gender perspective, the victim having been affected after “the intimidation received, abuse and re-victimization ”to which she was exposed: “After a year and a half of therapy, as well as multiple interviews with experts, he made the decision to initiate criminal proceedings.”.

It is this Tuesday that the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) reported by a statement that YossTop has been arrested and will soon be transferred to the prison of Santa Marthe Acatitla.

“After being informed of the arrest warrant against her and informed of her rights, the woman arrested today was transferred to be medically certified and later admitted to the Social Reintegration Center for Women of Santa Martha Acatitla, for be made available to the controlling judge who requested it», Mentioned the authorities.
