Three people from San Juan who went fishing died in a terrible accident in La Pampa | Cuyo Newspaper

A tragedy is to shake the San Juan this time by an accident occurred this morning in the province of La Pampa . From what could reveal DIARIO DE CUYO, a truck in which 5 Sanjuaninos were traveling lost control and 3 people died.

The accident occurred at 2:45 am this Saturday on Route 188, in the town of Rancul, Pampan, a small town located north of that province, on the border of San Luis and Cordova.

The Toyota Hilux Blanca in which they were traveling was destroyed and until now the reasons that caused the maneuver by which the driver lost the stability of the vehicle are unknown.

Deputy Commissioner Mauricio González, from the Rancul Police Station, told DIARIO DE CUYO that the dead were all aged and that until now were identified as Luis Alberto Martínez (78), Antonio Ponce (53), Ricardo Alfredo Mercado (45) ; while the wounded Cristian Ponce (25, nephew of the deceased) and Gerardo Dominici (31).

The two wounded are out of danger and were transferred to the Gral Hospital in Pico de la Pampa, called Governor Centeno.
