Times Square: the sound of a motorcycle caused a rush

The New York police asked Twitter "do not panic" and explained that the disruption came after the false alarm caused by the noise of the exhaust pipe, reported the chain CNN

A video recorded from a hotel directly above the area shows the screaming and screaming of dozens of people running terrified as they invaded the car lanes or fled into side streets.
