A new game with 1,673,000 AstraZeneca vaccines will arrive this Saturday from Mexico City to Argentina and, in this way, the country will have received more than 70 million doses against the coronavirus from different laboratories since the start of the pandemic.

Therefore, between Saturday, September 25 and October 2, 4,644,990 vaccines will have arrived in the country to continue the campaign to vaccinate the population against COVID-19.
This number is made up of the lot that will arrive today and the 1,440,000 doses of Sinopharm arrivals last Saturday; 549,600 from AstraZeneca donated by Canada which arrived on Monday; Pfizer 160,290 which touched Argentine soil on Wednesday; and AstraZeneca’s latest 822,100 which happened recently, also as part of the bilateral agreement with the AstraZeneca laboratory. This Saturday’s expedition is part of the bilateral agreement for the production of the active ingredient in the national territory and of the latter formulated and packaged on Mexican lands.

For now, for minors, the government has started using the Sinopharm vaccine of Chinese origin, it works with the most traditional platform of all the options against COVID-19 that are already inoculated around the world.
This formula has already been applied to more than 500 million children and adolescents in China, bringing an individual benefit, but fundamentally social because vaccinations in minors have a direct impact on the reduction of transmission, since they help to achieve the desired goals collective immunity.
