Trial suspension in New York for renationalization of the YPF until the United States Supreme Court declares

The trial judge of the Southern District of New York, Loretta Preskfailed on Wednesday in support of the Argentine Republic's request to suspend the so-called "Petersen" and "Eton Park" cases, with a view to renationalising YPF, while waiting for the US Supreme Court of Justice to United be made jurisdiction in which the claim should be settled.
