Great Place to Work, a global consulting and badytics company, which helps organizations achieve better business results by focusing on the work experience of their employees, announced May 22 the ranking "The best workplace in America" Latina, 2019 edition ", which has been prepared in accordance with the opinion of 2.2 million employees, sure 1400 companies, present in 22 countries of the region.
In this context, the first place among multinationals was for DHLfollowed by Free market and Cisco. To complete the list of the 10 best in the region: Dell, Accor, Scotiabank, March, Mc Donald & s, Belcorp and Mapfre.
The ranking of the best places of work in Latin America is divided into three lists. On the one hand, the 25 best multinationals, then the 25 best big companies and finally the 50 best small and medium enterprises (between 20 and 500 employees).
For the first time, since the establishment of the regional ranking of the climate of work, Argentina has managed to place 20 local companies or subsidiaries in our country among the top 100. They are: DHL Express, Mercado Libre, Cisco, Dell EMC, AccorHotels, Mars, Atento, SAP, Natura, Santander River, Novo Nordisk, Oracle, Latam DIRECTV, Johnson SC, Falabella, Takeda, Banco Galicia, Naranja, MuleSoft and Onapsis.
In comparison with other countries in the region, Argentina, with its 20 ranked companies, ranks 5th. The list, in this sense, is led by Brazil (40 companies), followed by Mexico (27), Colombia (26) and Peru (23).
With regard to the representation of different industries, the manufacturing and production sectors are more present (24 companies on the list), followed by financial services (23) and, thirdly, by technology (17 clbadified enterprises).
Free market, a company born in Argentina and extended to the rest of the region, with a presence in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Uruguay, was ranked second among the best multinationals in the world.
For its part, Banco Galicia, one of the 20 listed local companies, received the Innovation by All Award, a special mention recognizing companies that explore the potential of all their employees to innovate in each of the following areas: business areas.
To comply with the ranking of The best places to work in Latin America The national lists of each country in the region of last year are taken as a basis. The methodology used to prepare these lists is based on two main components: 1) responses to a climate survey conducted among all employees of participating companies and 2) survey and badysis of cultural policies and practices developed in the company.
