Twitter has seen a decline in different parts of the world for at least 15 minutes. At the moment, the reason for the damage is unknown.
The social network support account, Twitter support posted after the service was restored that “tweets may not load for some of you.” “We are working to resolve a problem and they will come back to their deadlines shortly, ”the company added.
During the brief outage, various reports of over 80,000 users began to be generated, according to Downdetector. Service appears to have recovered only 30 minutes later.
Even like that, the outage did not go unnoticed by users who started complaining when the platform was back online.
It is possible that other functions or access of the social network have been affected during this period. Some users claim that when they tried to access the platform’s blog, they were shown the following message: Login or logout / restart failed. Reason for restart: Connection failed.
A tweet from the @ accountTwitter Support indicates that the outage may not have affected all users in regions where the failure was reported, but only prevented the ability to view tweets, but not the ability to create them.
Twitter also reported that issues that could have been recorded have already been resolved. They also indicated that whatever the cause, as well as the number of people affected, they can probably report it more accurately on Monday.
We do not yet know exactly what happened to the social network. Twitter has not given an explanation so far.
The Twitter crash comes days after a similar, but much longer, outage was recorded with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
According to Outgat Report, the Twitter failure may have affected countries such as the United States, Mexico, Germany, the United Kingdom, among others that were not specified.
