Lopburi citizen named Wisrut Suwanphak posted pictures and videos of the spectacular moment when the two gangs clash for a banana thrown by a tourist. The monkeys were so numerous that they terrified everyone. Although many of them are used to seeing this type of fighting, the locals assure that a fight involving so many macaques did not take place long ago. The fight lasted for several minutes until one of the monkey gangs surrounded the enemy group, forcing them to flee.
