Two motochorros who shot a businessman in front of a bank will remain in jail

Two young men accused of shooting a businessman for the purpose of the robbery took place on August 5 in front of a bank of Superí in 600 they will remain in custody when they are charged with attempted murder, illegal possession of firearms and aggravated cover-up for profit today.

Their trial took place on August 5, around 11:15, in front of the Macro Bank in Superí, 600 hours away. The guns intercepted the businessman Pablo B., 50, and his wife.

One of the criminals got off the bike and in an attempt to break the window of the car he fired several shots at the victims. Pablo B. was shot in the right cheek and saved his life for very little.

This fact could be termed attempted robbery for the use of an appropriate weapon with a scheduled sentence of 3 years and four months.

But prosecutor Valeria Haurigot had a different theory. He felt that driving a shot by centimeter against the businessman implies that since he could not fly, he tried to commit suicide.

He then charged her with attempting criminal homicide causa, which is the type of crime committed to protect or conceal another. When this figure is consumed, this figure is punishable by a life sentence. As in this case, the penalty was ten to fifteen years.

The trial judge, Rafael Coria, accepted the prosecutor's charges and sentenced the two defendants to prison.
