With the signature of its five members, the Supreme Court rejected Elisa Carrió's request to resign from office Héctor Daniel Marchi, a man who works in the administration of the highest court.

As it had appeared, the deputy of Cambiemos, accompanied by Juan Manuel López, proposed to dismiss Marchi and create an independent body of the Court to control the management of civil servants, the social work of the judiciary and judicial morgue.

However, citing Articles 116 and 117 of the National Constitution unanimously, the entity presided over by Carlos Rosenkrantz dismissed it on the grounds that "This does not constitute an action or appeal that qualifies the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court."

The resolution is signed by Carlos Rosenkrantz, Elena Highton of Nolasco, Ricardo Lorenzetti, Juan Carlos Maqueda and Horacio Rosatti.
