United States on alert: warn that the worst hurricane Dorian has not arrived yet

North Carolina authorities say the worst of Hurricane Dorian is still appearing in coastal areas of this state, despite tornadoes and heavy rains that have already hit the area as the phenomenon approaches the southern lands.
