Unusual: Did an astronaut commit the first crime in space?

"I was horrified that she could go that far – I knew it was not okay," said Worden after laying the charge.

McClain's lawyer, Rusty Hardim, said that the astronaut had opened her ex's bank account to make sure she had enough funds to pay the personal bills, as he did all the time that his relationship lasted.

After six months in space, the decorated McClain returned to Earth to face adversity, suspending her dream of being part of the first mission to take a walk in the space reserved for women.
