US veto entry of vaccinated foreigners with Sputnik V – news

The United States Health Portfolio has indicated that only those with vaccines approved by the World Health Organization will be able to enter the country.

As we know, Sputnik V, from Russia, is not accepted by the body. Therefore, all vaccinated people – for the moment – are excluded from entry into the North American country. From november.

Currently, the WHO only approves vaccines: Pfizer-Biontech, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson-Janssen, Moderna, Sinopharm and Sinovac.

Even so, in the United States, the population is inoculated only with those in the laboratories of that country. In turn, they reported that Gamaleya-Sputnik V, Bharat Biotech and a lite version of Sinopharm are in an advanced state of approval.

According to recent studies of the Sputnik V vaccine, it is one of the most effective against the Delta variant, but the WHO still does not approve it.

In Argentina this serum is one of the most applied, but the lack of second doses has complicated its application. For this reason, the vaccine combination has been launched in several provinces.
