USA: Killed a 4 month old baby because he discovered that it was not his son

MEMPHIS, USA.- A Tennessee man killed a baby after discovering that he was not his father, according to the Memphis police.

The name of the baby was Alexander Lizondro-Chacón and it was only 4 months old. The media quoted an "affidavit of complaint" according to which agents had responded on April 12 to a report of an unanswered child. The baby was taken to the hospital and declared dead following a trauma to the head.

According to the affidavit, Avila-Agurcia became suspicious after her mother, Mercy Lizondro-Chacón, denounced to investigators that Avila-Agurcia had hit the baby several times after learning that it was not safe. He was not the father.

Bryan D. Cox, spokesman for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said that Ávila-Agurcia, whose real name is Carlos Zuniga-Avilés, of Honduran origin, had already been expelled five times. The agency has filed an immigration detention order pending resolution of the charge.
