As citizens of Latin America, we express our gratitude to the Governments of Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay and Peru for the complaint filed in September 2018 before the Criminal Court for the investigation of crimes against humanity. and human rights violations perpetrated in Venezuela. The same is true of the sustained efforts of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Lima Group to denounce the gravity of the situation and to define measures paving the way for a return to institutionalization in the country. .
