Venezuela: a young man dies for lack of light at the hospital

A 25-year-old girl died in the last hours because of the power outage in Venezuela, since the equipment that kept her alive at the University Hospital of Caracas has stopped working. The victim was identified as Marielsi Aray and had entered intensive care.
