The last time Cristina Kirchner appeared in the Courts of Comodoro Py, she said she would be acquitted by history, and not by the Federal Oral Court 2, made up of the three judges before her, which she called ” the court of Lawfare ”. “That’s what they did, and that’s why I’m sitting here. I’m not a friend of Lázaro Báez, I never have been. But I won’t tolerate people saying that, because someone is someone’s friend, it’s a dictatorship, by any means, from any point of view, ”he said.

“I’m here, and this court, which has the written conviction, is going to do it. I’m not interested. I chose the story. Before declaring me acquitted, the story acquitted me, and it will absolved of history, and you will surely be condemned by history, ”he said.

“That’s what they didn’t want to know. This is what they did not want you to see or hear, ”wrote the national senator, accompanied by a video which showed her during the hearing.

The highways case was the most heated but not the only one. The cause future dollar, for which today Cristina will expose publicly before the chamber of cassation, brought it before the courts by order of a judge Claudio Bonadio in April 2016.
