What do we know so far about the theft of Menem’s ring?

The medical assistant said he went on vacation on December 5 and that, during his absence, he was replaced in home care by three nurses (two women and one man) provided by prepaid drug company Swiss Medical.

He returned urgently from his vacation on the 15th, after learning of Menem’s hospitalization.

After Zulemita’s complaint, city police theft and robbery troops established the addresses of replacement nurses. On February 12, three raids were carried out, two in the capital and one in the province of Buenos Aires. Nothing of interest was found to resolve the matter.

During these hours, a singular fact increases the mystery: the municipal police tried to verify the images recorded by the video surveillance system of Carlos Menem’s home in Echeverría at 3500 between 6 and 17 December; it was verified that the cameras were not working on these dates.
