The plan includes the issuance of a special visa "job search for children or grandchildren of Spanish residents in Argentina", which needs to be dealt with before the Spanish administration.

The program was presented by the Director General of Migration of the Spanish Government, José Alarcón Hernández, who went to Buenos Aires specifically for this purpose.
