The cold of the last few days has made many realize that summer is coming to an end and that fall is coming. Even if we take for granted that this season begins on March 21, this is not always the case and it is the case in 2021. This year, the transition between the two seasons will be made this Saturday, March 20 and the fall will end on Monday, June 21.

The onset of fall occurs around the time of the equinox, which also marks the onset of spring in the northern hemisphere. In recent years, this has happened at different times on March 20 and is estimated to continue to be the case for at least 2025.
