The platform “Dignitat Blaugrana” was created by eight representatives of the club’s corporate mass and, through their website, they present themselves as “a group of Barcelonists who seeing the club’s drift lately, we want to warn of the danger that they do not control the measures taken by the current FC Barcelona board of directors. We believe that these actions can seriously harm the present and the future of our beloved club ”, indicated the profile which was created in 2020, before this new chapter which ended with the arrest of the former president of the institution today.

The protagonists of this group are Ricard Faura (membership number 12,426), Francisco Sol (64.861), Xavier Flores Romero (30,934), Antoni Sanchez (114.196), Anton Miret (15,595), Emili perona (10,499), Antoni Domènech (24 514) and Marc Perona (40.251).

“This concern does not go beyond this complaint, the objective of these actions is never any type of electoralism or to take advantage of the moment and the current situation of the club”, they specified to the time.

Once news broke that Bartomeu had been taken to prison, one of the platform’s protagonists who exposed the case spoke out about what had happened. “We want to make two considerations. In the complaint, the Barcelona fan platform established that although the I3 Ventures company was engaged to protect the club’s reputation by creating opinions on social media, the real aim was to defame the targeted characters.
