World Down Syndrome Day: 50 mothers singing with their children were recorded

Today is World Down Syndrome Day. As part of this day, a video that has already exceeded 5 million views has been released.

A group of 50 mothers of children with Down syndrome was filmed singing with their children the song A thousand years, by Christina Perri, with sign language.

They are part of the Facebook group Designer Genes and had their children between 2013 and 2014.

Angela Mui told the HuffPost From the UK: "I want people to know that having a child with Down's Syndrome is not scary, it's a wonderful adventure, full of joy and love.

"I've been mainly involved in changing people's ideas," he said about his intervention in the video.
