Andre Johnson, arguably the greatest offensive player in Texans history, rang on Tuesday about quarterback Deshaun Watson’s displeasure with the team. Arian Foster, the greatest running back in Texans history, spoke of Johnson’s comments.
Here’s what Johnson said: “If I am @deshaunwatson I will hold my position. The Texans organization is known to spoil the careers of players. Since Jack Easterby entered the building nothing good has happened in / for the organization and for some reason someone doesn’t seem to see what’s going on. Pathetic!!!”
Observed Foster: “I’m not up to the league, so [Easterby] East. but I know my brother. and for him to take out that pocket means there must be f – kery lol. dre is the calmest cat on the planet.
Johnson is following the Texans, and he knows the team’s current dysfunction stems from owner Cal McNair hiring someone who is clearly unfit to run his football operation. Should this surprise anyone, then when a clearly unfit person occupies a position of significant power and influence, bad things will inevitably happen?
