Ariana Grande hopes to end the stigma surrounding mental health

Ariana Grande is here for Mental Health Awareness Month!

The singer recently took to Instagram to encourage her fans to be open about their mental health issues.

“It’s about ending the stigma surrounding mental health and normalizing the asking for help,” she captioned her post.

“Healing is not linear, fun, quick, or not at all easy, but we are here and we need to be committed to making this time as healthy, peaceful and beautiful as possible,” continued Grande. “The work is so hard, but we can do it and are worth it. send so much love and strength.

In Grande’s post, she shared a number of mental health and addiction helplines including the Black Mental Health Alliance and the Trevor Project for the LGBTQ + community.

The “Breathin” singer also revealed that she will share at least one post per week in May to draw attention to Mental Health Awareness Month.
