Gamera Game has announced a new action RPG, Arise of Awakener. When I first heard about this game, I thought it was another Souls-like game. However, it looks like the game is inspired by Dragon’s Dogma, and not Dark Souls games.
As its official description reads:
“Arise of Awakener is an open-card action role-playing game for one player set in a fantasy world based on medieval Europe. In this world, players will ride dragons, command airships, and engage in engaging battles against a collection of fantastic creatures as they take on the role of adventurer and embark on the path of vengeance and redemption.
Arise of Awakener will be released in 2023. So yeah, don’t expect to be playing it anytime soon. Still, you can find his first gameplay trailer below.
