Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who filed the first state lawsuit against President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine warrants, joined “America Reports” on Wednesday in breaking his case against what he calls a “unconstitutional” takeover by the White House.

MARK BRNOVICH: I don’t think we can have any serious discussion about COVID that doesn’t start by talking about what’s going on at our border. I think this demonstrates the hypocrisy of the Biden administration where they completely ignore this issue, which we know has a big effect on us. And then literally what they did was they said if you are not a citizen you have the option to take the vaccine or not. But if you are a US citizen, you will need to get vaccinated. And so this clearly violates the equal protection clause. But secondly, I think it’s just very important to point out, John, that if you read our trial, we also argue that the President himself has no power anywhere in the Constitution, especially when you consider the 9th. and 10th Amendments, to force anyone, anywhere, to be vaccinated. So from Jump Street our position is that this is an unconstitutional exercise of police powers that the President does not have. And furthermore, even if he could, he does it in a way that is totally unconstitutional, where he gives the people who are here illegally a pass, the possibility to take it, but then he obliges the citizens Americans to get vaccinated. – I think this shows the hypocrisy and complete contradictions within the Biden administration.
