A massive brawl filmed over the weekend between a customer and Bath & Body Works employees at Fashion Square Mall in Arizona has gone viral.

Sequence of the incident, taken on Saturday, begins with a woman fighting with an employee, before another employee joins in, pinning the customer to the ground.
The woman yells “let go” as another customer and two other staff rush to intervene. The group can be seen fighting on the ground, yelling at each other and pulling their hair, before the staff member grabs one of the women and pushes her towards the door, telling them to “get out now!”
The man then forcibly pushes the woman involved in the initial fight towards the door, repeating: “Out now!”
The woman tells male staff to stop touching her and says she won’t leave until she gets her purse, before being kicked out of the store.
Sunday evening, the video, posted on Twitter, has more than 173,000 likes and 30,000 retweets.

The person who took the video, Genevieve Winslow, claimed the incident took place after the woman in the video argued with another customer after standing too close.
Winslow said Bath & Body Works employees tried to defuse the situation, but the customer did not want to leave. She also noted that the woman was “loud and uncooperative the whole time before the fight started.”
According to TMZ, another video of the incident shot from a different angle would show that the client involved was arguing with an African-American woman before the fight and that politically charged language was used.

A spokesperson for L Brands, the parent company of Bath & Body Works, told FOX News that it is “deeply concerned about the incident at one of our stores” and is “currently investigating the incident. ‘business in partnership with local law enforcement agencies.
Scottsdale Police Department spokesman Sergeant Kevin Quon told FOX News the incident was triggered by someone standing in line and was “not related to the mask or to the race”. He added that two female subjects involved in the fight were cited in criminal proceedings for the incident.
