It was then that police say Hunter Chenoweth, 22, got out of the van armed with a rifle and began “verbally provoking” officers.

The cops finally managed to apprehend Chenoweth shortly after 10 p.m.

The abducted baby was found inside the van unharmed, along with a 25-year-old woman driving. She was questioned by the police and released.
