Arnold Schwarzenegger lets a third heart surgery slow him down from his daily exercise regimen.
And on Monday, the former governor of California was spotted cycling the streets near his home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The Terminator star, 73, underwent elective heart surgery to replace a defective congenital aortic heart valve last month in Cleveland, Ohio.

The sports enthusiast opted for a casual outfit with gray pants, a black jacket and white old-school Adidas sneakers.
As the sun was setting, he also donned stylish sunglasses and his short hair was slicked back across his face.
Schwarzenegger also made sure to attach a protective mask to his mouth and nose, in accordance with health and safety protocols put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The father of five took to Instagram just three days ago to reveal, “ I just took my first bike ride since my heart surgery and I feel great. ”
His bike ride came just 13 days after he shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed with a thumbs up, along with a few other photos showing him on a walk outside the hospital .
“ I have a new aortic valve to accompany my new pulmonary valve from my last operation, ” he said in the caption, with thanks to the hospital staff.

Health concerns: Schwarzenegger has had three heart surgeries since 1997
Schwarzenegger was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, an aortic valve with only two leaflets; a normal aortic valve has three leaflets.
He opted for a replacement heart valve made from his own transplanted tissue in 1997. Medical experts predicted at the time that he would need heart valve replacement surgery within the next two to eight years.
Schwarzenegger underwent emergency open heart surgery for the replacement of his anterior pulmonary valve in March 2018.
